Welcome to our Website!

Hello, my name is Liza Rickey.  The first three years of the magnet program have been a huge success!  This two year program allows us to continue to watch the students grow and develop into responsible and caring individuals.

I am a graduate of University of Washington with my Masters in Teaching and an undergraduate degree in Zoology.  Science has always been a passion in my life and through this program I am able to explore it with the students.  I also ran competitively on the Cross Country and Track teams for the UW.  I enjoy running (when I have a chance!), drinking soy lattes, reading, traveling, exploring the outdoors, and watching movies.

My family and I live in Issaquah and enjoy this community very much.  We recently had our second son, Connor.   Our family is now my Brennen (2), Connor (10 months), myself and my husband.

Hi my name is Ellen Ferrin. We moved to Bellevue from Southern CA in Dec. of 2004.  I went to the University of California, Santa Barbara and graduated with a double major in Speech & Hearing Sciences and Sociology. In addition to my undergraduate degree, I have my Multiple-Subjects Teaching Credential, Masters in Education, Educational Technology Certificate, as well as many other California issued certificates in both teaching English language learners and advanced technology certificates.

It was my husband's job that brought us to the beautiful Northwest. We have 2 children who are in the Issaquah School District.

I am thrilled to be a part of Clark's Science/Technology Magnet program.

We are always available to speak with students and their families. We know that our success as a classroom is dependent on all of us working together as a team. Please feel free to contact us!
